For years I have longed to find a forum for fair minded and open minded individuals to calmly and rationally discuss some of the major issues confronting each of us in the United States of America.   I am sure that all of you have tried the talk radio shows and the talk TV shows where speakers from both sides refuse to listen to each other, call each others names, and seldom present clear and factual information.  Or if they do present information it is only part of the information which supports their point of view and ignores any other input.   I have tired of these forums.
